DOCUMENT: Attorneys Request To Delay Charlie Sheen Court Date As Brooke Mueller's Health Worsens

RadarOnline.com has learned that attorneys for Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller have requested that their Friday court date in Aspen be pushed back once again- this time to February 8- since Mueller's health has worsened.
BREAKING NEWS: Charlie Sheen's Wife Brooke Mueller In ICU
Earlier on Wednesday, it was believed she would be released the same day after receiving antibiotics for the infection she contracted relating to an oral surgery procedure. By Wednesday afternoon however, physicians are expecting Mueller to stay in the hospital for days.

Sheen had rushed to her side after hearing of the hospitalization. RadarOnline.com learned that his lawyer Richard Cummings filed to a Colorado court shortly after requesting that the temporary restraining order against Sheen be modified to allow the actor to communicate with Mueller. Sheen previously had been allowed to be in the vicinity of his wife, but was barred from speaking with her.

Sorry but Charlie's mug is the last I'd want to wake up to after bad oral surgery. No money could induce me to stay with someone like him. Hope Brooke wakes up and realizes that her health and welfare, as well as the kids', is more important.
