Dennis Hopper's Wife Claims He Smokes Pot In Front Of Daughter

Things are getting nasty in the custody battle between Dennis Hopper and his soon to be ex-wife Victoria, who are fighting over their six-year-old daughter, Galen.

In explosive new papers filed by Victoria, she claims Hopper once threatened to kill her and that the Easy Rider star, who is battling prostate cancer and has a medicinal marijuana prescription, smokes pot in front of Galen.

She also claims Hopper “threatened to end [Victoria] if [she] ever tried to leave him” and that he has left loaded weapons, including a pistol and a shotgun, within reach of Galen.

In the documents, obtained by The Daily Beast, Victoria also claims that Hopper has told her that he doesn’t actually want to get divorced and that she believes his family members are controlling him in order to cut her out financially.

Medical pot is legal in California for anyone who has a card from a doctor.
