Charlie Sheen’s wife, Brooke Mueller was released from the hospital Monday night.

Mueller had been in the hospital ICU since last Wednesday, battling an infection she suffered following oral surgery.

Brooke and Charlie were due in court in Aspen Colorado last Friday to ask the judge to modify the restraining order that was placed on Sheen following a Christmas day domestic dispute between the couple. Brooke’s illness prevented her from attending and the judge rescheduled their appearance to February 8th.

Following a request from Sheen’s attorney, Richard Cummins, the judge  agreed to temporarily modify the restraining order to allow Charlie contact with Brooke while she was in hospital, but now she is released he is no longer allowed to have contact with her.

EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW: Charlie “Definitely Attacked” Brooke, Says Her Dad

In an exclusive interview with RadarOnline.com Brooke’s step-dad, John Fiore  confirmed that Sheen did in fact attack Mueller on Christmas day, saying, “"It does not happen a lot, but it was true, she was definitely attacked, that is not made up, there was no reason for any of that to be made up."
