Is she driving or sitting still somewhere? It is stupid to keep photographing stars on cell phones. I'm sure there are few out there who don't do the same. To hold celebrities up to a standard that most can't follow is absolutely ridiculous.

GIVE ME A BREAK... America has more serious problems on its hands then some stupid cell phone law. WAKE UP ARNOLD AND BACK SOME REAL LAWS! CALI SUCKS.
