Andy Dick's Bizarre Sexual Abuse Arrest

Andy Dick seems to have some serious issues he needs working out.

The controversial comedian was arrested early Saturday morning, in West Virginia, on two counts of felony sexual abuse.

According to the criminal complaint, while inside a Bar Called Rum Runners in Huntington, Dick was talking to a guy when he "unexpectedly and without invitation grabbed the victim's crotch, repeatedly groping then kissing him."

The victim's girlfriend witnessed the whole thing.

A press release from the Huntington Police Department says, "Based upon statements of two victims and independent witness accounts alleging that he had engaged in unwanted and uninvited groping of the two victims' genital areas, Andrew R. Dick (AKA Andy Dick) of South Pasadena, Calif., was arrested and charged with two counts of Sex Abuse in the First Degree."

In the video of the arrest Dick is seen being led off in handcuffs, and when asked why he is going to jail, he mumbles, "People grabbing on me."

Dick is already currently on probation after being arrested for sexual battery back in 2008, after he allegedly pulled down a teenager's top outside of a Buffalo Wild Wings restaurant in Murrieta CA.

At that time a search was carried out on the "extremely intoxicated" Dick when arrested and Xanax and marijuana were found in his pants' pocket. Dick later pleaded guilty to battery.

Dick is currently awaiting arraignment, he is being held at the Western Regional Jail.

This makes me very sad. He seemed so determined to beat his addictions. I hope he gets himself back into treatment and gets his sobriety back. He seems like a really nice and funny guy when sober...an idiot when wasted.

I know for a fact those two men weren't the only ones that he tried to touch. He's lucky that there aren't more charges against him.

Just heard a news report that he grabbed, groped and kissed a guy in front of several witnesses. This behavior will continue until he gets counseling to find the root cause - which is likely based on confusion about his own sexuality and trauma.

I would say he is going to be on the receiving end of sexual abuse shortly. He is such a sad sick creature.

I find this to be very sad. Two counts of felony sexual abuse is pretty serious. Even worse, is that he is back drinking again. What Andy needs to realize is that he CANNOT hang or perform in bars anymore! It just triggers this kind of behavior.

My heart goes out to him. He's been fighting his drug and alcohol addiction for years. Hopefully he'll follow Robert Downey, Jr.'s lead and one day manage to get sober once and for all.
