The 19-year-old country cutie has been one of the top-rising talents of 2009, snagging CMA Entertainment Of The Year, eight Grammy nominations, an SNL hosting gig and a budding romance with dreamy New Moon hunk Taylor Lautner.

Lautner and Swift's romance likely began on the set of Valentine's Day, a comedy the two filmed last July, which hits theaters February 12, 2010.
