The golfer’s lawyers had a victory in England when the High Court of London ruled in favor of prohibiting British outlets from publishing any potential nude photos and videos of Woods.

His legal team promptly sent a letter to multiple UK papers and blogs reminding them that the order -- which was given on Thursday afternoon -- prevents "the publication of private and confidential information contained in the Order and confidential schedule relating to Mr. Woods.”

They were also clear that they were not admitting to the existence of such naughty material.
“This Order is not to be taken as an admission that any such photographs exist,” the letter read. “And in the event that these photographs do exist, and it is not admitted, any such images may have been fabricated, altered, manipulated and or changed to create the false appearance and impression that they are nude photographs of our client.

This is his PARIS HILTON MOMENT: I love the disingenuous disclaimer by the lawyers, that this is to not admit there are any nude photos. DUH!. Why is he stopping them? They must exist!

If at all possible, they should stay together. Let this couple work it out if they can.
People are just too quick to suggest or jump into a divorce, which rarely solves much ad often creates even greater problems.
