Time’s up for Tiger Woods---at least according to Swiss watch maker Tag Heuer.

The company is removing placards of the golfer from jewelry stores across Australia but claim the timing has nothing to do with the golfer’s recent scandal.

Woods, who endorses the company’s “Link” range of watches, was involved in the design of the high end titanium “Professional Golf” watch.

Tag Heuer general manager Philip Richards said the removal of the posters from up to 100 distributing stores across Australia had nothing to do with recent developments in Woods's life.

"We change our campaigns probably four or five times per annum," Mr Richards said.

He said the "golf focus" of promotions had temporarily run its course and confirmed Tag Heuer's sponsorship of Woods remained intact.

On Wednesday, Gatorade announced its decision to discontinue it’s “Tiger Focus” drink.

RadarOnline.com reached out to Woods’ other sponsors, Gillette and At&T, who said they refused to comment on their endorsement deals with the golfer.



All of his sponsors should drop him and back his wife. Anyone having her back right now would get lots of us buying their products.

The 'TigerPowerade' failed miserably months before the scandal broke. Pepsi is pulling back on some of their less popular products. Good marketing decision either way!
