EXCLUSIVE INTERVIEW: Hailey Lied About Jon Gosselin Violence

Former Jon & Kate Plus 8 star Jon Gosselin allegedly slammed his ex-girlfriend Hailey Glassman against the wall of their Manhattan apartment on December 20th after he saw a photograph of her kissing Celebrity Boxing promoter Damon Feldman.

"That picture started the whole thing, a picture of her kissing another man," a source told The New York Post, who first reported the incident. Earlier, Glassman had "found out he was cheating on her. She told him it was over," the source told the Post.

Glassman's attorney Stephanie Ovadia confirmed to RadarOnline.com that Hailey has filed a harassment complaint with the NYPD over the incident.

"The whole thing is ridiculous and a police report was filed. I have not spoken to the police.

"She's good. She's upset about the whole thing as she should be because it has gotten this much interest. She's trying to move on with her life. I think they both should move on."

The Post quotes Gosselin's lawyer Mark Heller as saying: "Jon is a lover, not a fighter. He's been rumored to steal a kiss here and there, but he has never been accused of landing a sucker punch."

When asked to respond to Heller's comment, Ovadia told RadarOnline.com: "Again, these are more ridiculous comments I will not comment on."

Glassman recently moved out of Gosselin's Manhattan apartment after their much-publicized break-up. Last Saturday, Gosselin reported the apartment has been trashed. Team Jon blames Glassman. She denies any involvement, but does admit she did remove some of her belongings from their former love nest.
