PHOTOS: CSI Miami Star Jonathan Togo Released on $50,000 Bail

After being arrested at his Hollywood Hills home on Saturday morning after a disturbance with his girlfriend, CSI Miami star Jonathan Togo was released hours later on a $50,000 bail. RadarOnline.com has the first photos of Togo since the incident.

Looking disheveled as he exited the jailhouse around 10:30 am, his pants were ripped and he had a bruise on his right eye.
CSI: Miami Star Jonathan Togo Arrested On Domestic Violence Charge
Earlier, police had responded to a 911 call from his home. Togo and his girlfriend had gotten into an altercation which became physical. After police investigated the scene, they booked the actor on felony domestic charges. His girlfriend did not require domestic charges.

I am a fan of Jonathan Togo, but as a woman I look down on abuse against women. Her fault or his fault it doesn't matter; what's done is done. The only thing I hope is that he learns from his mistakes, because he is a good, friendly, and funny man.

Theres two sides to every story.If Jonathan Togo is so guilty why does he have a black eye and cut up pants.Looks like she assaulted him to.Lets hear his side also before passing judgment.Don"t judge him before hearing the facts.
