Frances Bean Cobain was spotted out in Beverly Hills on December 13th, two days after papers were filed to grant temporary guardianship of Frances to her grandmother and aunt.

Frances looked pretty happy considering the stressful family woes she's been suffering through - as RadarOnline.com reported recently Frances has also
been granted a temporary restraining order keeping her mom, Courtney Love, away from her.

Flanked by two male friends, the colorfully-dressed Frances Bean headed to Fred Segal and did some Christmas shopping.
Frances took some time to sign a petition outside of a store, but as soon as she saw waiting photographers she covered her face and ran off into a nearby elevator.

It is her the one with the red hair and red jeans and btw the one other girl is Kurt Cobain's sister Kim . Kim is the one with jeans on and blond hair with a cellphone in her pocket.
