Kelly Bensimon showed off her incredible abs -- and just about everything else -- when she decided to do cartwheels in the sand in Miami Friday.

The Real Housewives of New York City star is a regular on the beaches in Miami and the Hamptons; that is when she's not stirring up trouble on her reality series.

The model-turned-jewelry-designer-turned-socialite has keeping a lower profile than usual these days.
Earlier in the year, Kelly was arrested for hitting her boyfriend and sued for allegedly "stealing" a jewelry design.
The assault case was dismissed August 10. The jewelry lawsuit was dropped May 4. Now Kelly can just concentrate on her beach gymnastics!

Awesome, love it when people stay fit no matter their age. Shows you what yoga and pilates can do, look at the abs, that is all from core strength training like Pilates and the long lean muscles in the arms and legs. Beautiful!
