Michael Lohan, the estranged father of Lindsay Lohan, was arrested on Monday and RadarOnline.com has obtained his latest mugshot. Lohan was arrested in Medford, NY, allegedly for violating an order of protection placed upon him by his ex-fiance Erin Muller.

RadarOnline.com spoke to police sources, who confirmed his arrest. They say that Lohan was picked up, processed and released.

Michael Lohan, however, has a different story.

"I was not arrested," he told RadarOnline.com. "Erin and I had an argument. She has an ongoing order of protection against me. She called and said I violated it by making a phone call to her. I went down there today and saw the judge and I handled it and that was it."

Lohan was just deposed in TLC's breach of contract lawsuit against Jon Gosselin. He and Muller were engaged but called it quits at the end of summer. "I hope Erin finds happiness in the future and in everything she does," he said on Monday.

OK loser common sense says that when you violate a court order you get arrested especially if it calls for a visit b4 the judge, but we all know that you have no common sense.
