why is everyone saying that people "don't just drop dead from cardiac arrest"??? YES THEY DO! It happens all the time! People in seemingly perfect health die from heart failure!

Telling the public not to wonder or "comment" when such a tragedy occurs is totally pointless. She had a large fan base that is devastated. People are trying to wrap their heads around this because it is shocking.

at this point no one need to be talking about what caused the heart attack. we just lost a great person. yes she is thin , but she has always been thin. there are some of us that are grieving her death. especially her husband, family and friends.

People are going to speculate as to why a beautiful young 32 yr. old woman died suddenly due to an apparent heart attack. It is not normal, hence the autopsy. Would you expect those of us in shock to NOT care enough to wonder???

Brittany Murphy was a lovely young woman. She had health issues that were kept private. Please be respectful of her family during this tragic time.

Nobody is being disrespectful. We are all in shock. Some are wondering, I'm sure how a beautiful young woman can die from something that usually affects people later in life - heart attack. Thought her diabetes was under control. :(

And huge bags unerneathe her eyes. And her hair also seems to be very high up on her scalp. Unusual for someone so young. Maybe she had some sort of illlness going on? She just doesn't look well for someone 32 years old, IMHO.
