Jon Gosselin, TLC To Face Off In Maryland Court Thursday

Expect a family-size helping of mud to be slung Thursday morning , when Jon Gosselin and TLC head into in Maryland Circuit Court for the start of legal proceedings in the network's motion for a preliminary injunction against the 32-year-old reality TV dad, who they say breached their contract, as well as exclusivity and confidentiality agreements in connection with his former show, Jon & Kate Plus 8.

Jon is expected to be questioned -- under oath -- about his outside income, statements about TLC and more, which should make for some bombshell revelations about the behind-the-scenes maneuverings in the past six months, when his marriage -- and hit show -- began to dissolve.

The prestigious law firm Williams & Connolly will represent TLC. Their lead attorney, Paul Gaffney, has already deposed two of the more fascinating characters tied to the fiasco: Jon's one-time gal pal Hailey Glassman, and Hamptons running mate Michael Lohan, among others.
