Jim Bob Duggar: Baby No. 19 "Is Beautiful And In Stable Condition"

Reality TV dad Jim Bob Duggar said that his 19th child, Josie Brooklyn, “is beautiful and in stable condition,” and that everyone is "so grateful for all of the prayers and emails of support for our family” in a statement released to RadarOnline.com on Friday.
The TLC family's mother, Michelle, gave birth to Josie Brooklyn, a 1-pound, 6-ounce baby girl who was born premature via an emergency C-section procedure December 11.

"Michelle was released from the hospital on Tuesday evening and is doing a lot better," Jim Bob wrote. "We are blessed to have Grandma Duggar to care for the rest of the family while we stay close to our baby girl during her recovery.”

Josie keeps the family tradition of names that start with the letter J alive, as her siblings are named Jana and John-David, Jill, Jessa, Jinger, Joseph, Josiah, Joy-Anna, twins Jedidiah and Jeremiah, Jason, James, Justin, Jackson, Johanna, Jennifer and Jordyn-Grace

Get the DNA done on that Child... I see some Tiger in it.... GOD Knows how many unknown baby Tigers are out there... Each state Tiger has visited should be doing a DNA TEST on every newborn... I am sure you will get a match ..

A 1 lb. 6 oz. baby belongs in an isolette. Who are the dumb Dora doctors and nurses that are allowing the baby to be taken out?
I hope the baby develops w/o problems.

That photo is not of Josie it is of Jackson. I know his because I have seen it in articles about him it was also shown on the first hour show and also it kind of looks like him

You are absolutely right. This is a photo of a full-term baby. Josie is only 2.5 pounds and she is still very hooked up in an isolette.

My son weighed 1 lb even. This pic is definitely not their new child. I wish the best for them...it is very stressful and scary to have a preemie. Having their family will help tremendously.

If Jimbob loves his wife so much it's time to stop risking her and the babies health and get a friggin vasectomy already. Seriously are these people humans or rabbits? Does God like them better because they have baby after baby?

I too am at a loss for why they have so many. Who really is paying for them all...other people are paying. Knowing and willing though...which boggles me as well. They do look happy which is nice.

The Duggars are NOT the Gosselins who have been dependent on the state or TLC since day one. The Duggars do not owe anything and support themselves through real estate and cars. Their life didn't change for TV.

At 1 pound, this baby has a long road to recovery and then some. I think its time to put a stop to the "Quiving" and focus on this baby. Thoughts and prayers to the family. Its a sad situation
