AUDIO: Brooke Mueller’s 911 Call
Muelller has told pals that Team Sheen offered her the money in the wake of the actor’s Christmas arrest on domestic violence charges.
Now Mueller has hired attorney Yale Galanter, who told RadarOnline.com that his client wants to work on “resolving the conflicts” in their marriage.
And RadarOnline.com has discovered she has a million reasons to do so!
POLICE DOCUMENT: Brooke Mueller’s Arrest History
Sources close to Mueller say she was told by people close to Sheen that if he goes to prison, there will be no money for her and no child support money. But Mueller also knows if she recants her allegations she could be charged with filing a false police report.
So, caught in a difficult situation, Mueller has hired Galanter to make sure she doesn’t get squeezed by the police while yielding to the pressure from Sheen’s people.
But, her friends tell RadarOnline.com that Mueller still wants a divorce but doesn’t want to be left broke. She has a prenuptial agreement that is not generous, according to multiple sources.
EXCLUSIVE: Charlie Sheen Cop Sent Letters To Bin Laden
The Christmas altercation started after Mueller and Sheen were up all night partying and she told him she wanted a divorce, as first reported by RadarOnline.com.
Now, sources tell RadarOnline.com exclusively, she’s decided to go for more money by keeping Charlie out of jail without incriminating herself. But her close friends also say, once the legal situation is resolved and the money paid, the divorce is guaranteed.

Mueller has already met with a divorce attorney.

Also, that is a complete lie that if he's in prison he won't pay child support. He has money, and he can't just leave her with nothing, regardless of whether or not he's convicted.

Whether married or not, she has to stop letting this guy in her house. She had rented that place in CO to get away from him. She needs to make sure she's never alone with him again. She also needs to refuse this money and just walk away.

No, this proves how much he's willing to pay to keep her from testifying about what he really did. Seems to me to show he did just what she said, or he wouldn't be so willing to pay.

I think it should be illegal to pay a bribe to the victim to buy your way out of felony charges like this creep Sheen is trying to do.

It is illegal to do that, but I'm sure his lawyers will claim it is money he is willing to offer to not divorce or something. They won't call it what it really is.

Brooke buy a couple of investment properties in a down market and you'd make more money than that prenup. You'd also walk away with your life intact, your health, dignity and your kids. Now that is priceless...

The price is always WRONG for staying with an abusive nutcase like Sheen. It's only a matter of time before he kills a woman or does great bodily injury to them.
