Her lawyer has called it "one bad night" but Brooke Mueller's attorney clearly doesn't know about a previous attack by husband Charlie Sheen.

Mueller told Aspen cops that Sheen had attacked her previously and RadarOnline.com has uncovered the details.
The warring couple were arguing months ago when Charlie exploded and shoved Mueller, causing her to fall down and hit her head on the floor, she told friends.

A source familiar with the situation told RadarOnline.com: "She banged her head on the floor and even ended up going to see a doctor because of it. She didn't tell the doctor that Charlie pushed her because she didn't want it reported."
That goes toward explaining why Mueller is heard on the Christmas day 911 audio saying FOUR times, "I gotta file this report."

Now Mueller has hired attorney Yale Galanter who says she wants to reconcile with Sheen. As RadarOnline.com has reported exclusively, Team Sheen has offered to add $1 million to her prenuptial agreement and told her if Sheen goes to prison over this incident there will be no money for Mueller.
"She'll stay in it for now because she doesn't want to be broke," one friend told RadarOnline.com. "But that marriage has been over for a while."

Man, I can't imagine staying with an abuser, even for a million dollars.What if he kills her next time? And is this what she wants her kids to see?

One of these days, Charlie, like OJ, is going to have a complete psychotic break and kill someone. I think he's always known he was cable of it, and why he's fascinated with OJ getting away with it.

Where is the media created public outrage over Charlie Sheen DV like there were for Tiger Wood's adultry and Chris Brown DV. I guess different strokes are for different folks...SMH

Good question. So many seem willing to ignore this or to blame the victim, since she wasn't a saint before Sheen pulled his latest stunt. He just keeps abusing women, and the public make excuses for him. Sort of like they did for his hero, OJ.

I THINK YOU'RE RIGHT. IT DOES APPEAR AS IF THE MEDIA IS STILL TRYING TO MAKE UP FOR FAWNING ALL OVER OJ THAT THEY ARE THROWING EVERY AFRICAN AMERICAN ATHLETE AND CELEBRITY UNDER THE BUS WHILE IGNORING THE SAME ACTS OF THE WHITE ONES.
