EXCLUSIVE: Sheen’s Wife Told Cops She Did Cocaine and Took Pills

It’s well documented that Charlie Sheen has been in and out of rehab and has battled addiction for years, but RadarOnline.com has discovered that his wife, Brooke Mueller, also has a past history of drug abuse, involving cocaine, Vicodin and marijuana.
RadarOnline.com has uncovered the arrest report pertaining to Brooke Mueller’s 1996 bust for DUI and damage to property, and can exclusively report that they include a confession from Brooke that she had taken Vicodin on the night of her arrest and had experimented with marijuana and cocaine in the past too.

In addition, Brooke claims that someone might have slipped the date rape drug Rohypnol into her drink the night of her DUI.
As RadarOnline.com exclusively revealed Mueller has been arrested twice – once in September, 1996, for the DUI and then in March 2001 for cocaine possession, a 3rd degree felony.

According to the incident report Mueller plowed her 1986 Chevy Corsica into a road sign while carrying three other passengers. Nobody was seriously hurt in the crash.
The report says that when arresting Officer Kevin Morine pulled her over Mueller nearly fell over when she stepped out of the car and had “slurred speech and appeared to be confused”.

The report goes on to say that Mueller failed a field sobriety exam, including being able to touch the tip of her nose with her finger and unable to follow a pen side to side with her eyes.
Mueller claimed that she had only had one and a half glasses of wine - her breathalyzer results were .052 and .050 – and she told the arresting officer at the time that she was not on any medications.
In the state of Florida anyone 21 or under (Brooke was 21 at the time of her arrest) that blows higher than 0.02 is automatically arrested for a DUI.
When Brooke was taken to jail she changed her story from earlier, claiming that she had taken Vicodin on the night of her arrest and went on to confess that she had experimented with marijuana and cocaine too in the past.

The report goes on to say that Mueller – who displayed mood swings in jail - also complained that she thought somebody might have slipped the date rape drug Rohypnol in her drink.
The arresting officer also requested Brooke provide a urine sample, which she complied with. The report states that the urine, when analyzed, contained an alcohol content of 0.08 as well as the presence of Methaqualone, more commonly known as Quaaludes, a sedative, hypnotic drug.
As RadarOnline.com was the first to report, Sheen was arrested on Christmas morning following an alleged domestic dispute with Mueller.
In a sworn affidavit one of cops that was called to the scene of the altercation reports that Brooke said Charlie threatened her with a knife and that she was "scared for her life".

Sheen denied the allegations and said that although they did yell at each other and hit each other's arms there was no other physical contact and he did not threaten his wife.
Reports say that Mueller had been drinking heavily before the alleged incident, as had Sheen, who appeared to have lived a sober life since his last stint in rehab in the late 1990s.

Mueller has hired OJ Simpson’s former, lawyer Yale Galanter, who filed papers in an Aspen Court Wednesday to lift the restraining order that has been placed against Sheen and to allow the feuding pair to resume contact.
As RadarOnline.com exclusively revealed Brooke has been offered a $1 million by Sheen’s camp to help keep the actor out of jail and remain married.
