EXCLUSIVE: Randy and Evi Quaid Plead Not Guilty

Randy and Evi Quaid entered not guilty pleas in a Santa Barbara courtroom on charges relating to defrauding an Innkeeper.
The wacky duo were arraigned Tuesday after being arrested in Marfa, Texas this past weekend, as RadarOnline.com reported exclusively.

A bench warrant for their arrest had been issued after they failed to appear in court. That warrant was recalled Tuesday and the couple is once again free.
A preliminary hearing was set for March 1.

Randy and Evi have been at the center of one of the more bizarre and at times comical run-ins with the law, with the couple offering a myriad of excuses about why they didn’t pay a pricey hotel bill. In a bizarre letter to a California judge Randy Quaid even said that Karl Rove hit on his wife!

Wow, she has on the same shirt from when she was arrested this past weekend. Guess no shower once she bailed out and hit the road when Randy got out.

Evi has been wearing that same blouse since June and didn't take s shower or bath during the 3 days they lived with us.
