Jon Gosselin's court dates with TLC have been moved up, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.

The warring parties had a status conference Tuesday morning and the judge moved the hearing for a preliminary junction from December 14 to December 10th.

The trial date was moved from late 2011 to April 19th, 2010.

The status conference took place in Montgomery County, Maryland where TLC is suing Jon for breach of contract in circuit court.

I have a strange feeling there is "settlement" in the air. Moving the trial from late 2011 to April 2010 is a HUGE jump, and could explain why Lamefish has been so quiet lately.

I will be so glad when I do not see his face and fat belly on TV, a magazine, or blog site. I am sick of this jerk.

I just had a aha moment. They probably moved the court date up because they know the judge is going to issue the prelim against Jon. Jon and Hellers probably think they will have a better chance winning at trial.

They don't stand a chance in hell and Heller knows that too. That darn fool Jon doesn't realize that the Hellers are just piling up those lawyer fees & win or lose they will want their money. They could care less about Jon.

Only a guess, but would think both camps had to agree there was no reason to delay. The worst scenario is that TLC caved in going to trial as an end game, and what's left is an amount that will settle the whole matter.
