UPDATE: Jon Gosselin has arrived at the courthouse.
Jon Gosselin continues his free fall into real reality.
The TV dad is expected in a Maryland court on Thursday morning to face a former attorney who is suing him for non-payment.

Gosselin will most likely not find an ally in the judge when he enters the Pennsylvania County courtroom at 9 a.m.: he was a no-show for his last court date despite a mandate to appear.

On Wednesday, RadarOnline.com learned that Jon's estranged wife Kate was "thrilled" over the outcome of their arbitration and their divorce settlement.
