Maybe Jon Gosselin and Hailey Glassman should get their own reality TV show - because there's still plenty of drama surrounding the broken up couple.
Gosselin is talking to police about finding damage in his apartment and RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively that Hailey Glassman believes he's blaming her and has brought her lawyer Stephanie Ovadia into the situation.

Hailey is furious and sources close to her tell RadarOnline.com that she's accusing Jon of seeking media attention by trying to get her arrested.

Why have a lawyer if your innocent? The truth will come out sooner or later. She is a kid she might have been stupid enough to do this. Just because she is a kid. Big mistake if she had anything to do with this.

Innocent people being set should lawyer up. Whole thing sounds like a scam. Ming Vase missing for insurance money one minute and trying to unload a BMW the next.

It's possible that Hailey had already hired a lawyer because Jon was pocketing her half of the rent $. She said that her name is on the lease also, which would make her responsible legally.. This looks like a publicity stunt/insurance fraud!!!!
