Jon and Kate Gosselin’s divorce will be finalized within 24 hours, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.

The final divorce decree will be issued Thursday or Friday, according to a source close to the situation.
And in another reality check, for the one-time Reality TV dad, Jon was ordered not to bring any firearm onto the marital property. A Montgomery County, PA judge entered that order today as Jon showed up in court to square off against a former lawyer who is suing him for non-payment.

But Kate also had her attorney, Mark Momjian in court today to represent her interests.

As for Jon, it appears that fame really is fleeting -- he represented himself in court Thursday. TLC was recently granted a preliminary injunction against him prohibiting the former Jon & Kate Plus 8 star from doing unauthorized interviews and paid appearnces.

on ET tonight it stated the new house was gifted to Gosselins for TLC. so that should help kate's budget a bit.Yes Jon scares me at this point in time. prayers for all of them

Just curious....Did you mean the house was gifted to Gosselins fromTLC, and TLC paid off the mortgage?

the way they worded it ..was house gifted to family from TLC...this is maybe why Kate always refers to the home as belonging to the children.

I'm expecting him to go postal at any moment now, mowing down the lawyer, the judge, Kate, the kids, Hailey, the Hellers, Lohan...anyone anything in his path. He is SO creepy! Good for Kate for making sure no guns brought home.

It's hard to decide who is the bigger idiot..Jon or Heller. Those two certainly deserve each other. While it is sad to see a marriage end, Kate is so much better off without this fool. The "Old Jon" really never was, just our loser playing a role.

Jon made everybody think that he had money in the bank yet another lie from this loser. Everyone's eyes are opening up to a real monster instead of No#1 Dad. I see why Kate was always moody. Dead weight is heavy.
