EXCLUSIVE: Charlie Sheen's Wife Met With Divorce Attorney

Charlie Sheen’s wife Brooke Mueller met with a divorce attorney before the Christmas blowup that landed Sheen in jail.
A source close to Mueller told RadarOnline.com exclusively that Mueller had already retained a divorce lawyer in the weeks prior to the incident that left Sheen arrested on two felonies and a misdemeanor.

“She’s miserable in the marriage and so is he,” the source said.
Sheen allegedly attacked Mueller after she told him she was going to divorce him, a story first reported by RadarOnline.com and then confirmed by the affidavit of the police officer who responded to Mueller’s 911 call.

Sheen’s handlers are desperate to get Mueller to recant her charges against the actor, who is in the final year of his contract with the TV hit Two and a Half Men.
Sheen flew into Aspen to see his twins with Mueller for the holiday, but both Sheen and Mueller began drinking leading up to the 911 incident.
Mueller was in Aspen because she had already consulted a divorce attorney and wanted to divorce sheen, RadarOnline.com learned. She rented a house for three months and didn’t want Sheen with her.

And while Sheen’s reps have said the couple will not divorce, the source close to Mueller says he’ll have to pay if he wants her to stand by him now.
“They have a prenuptial agreement,” the source said. “She already decided to divorce him. Now he desperately needs her not to drive the stake through his heart and a lot of money is at stake.

So otherwords Brooke is going to blackmail him if he wants her to stay married to him for public opinion? Last I knew blackmail was against the law. Him touching her in a fight is also against the law.

He'll have to pay if he wants her to stand by him? That's messed up - if she was truly abused, his money shouldn't be tempting her to stay. Very disappointing to know she's considering it and makes her less credible to me!

All the people who feel sorry for "poor ol' Charlie" need to learn more about his past, and educate themselves on the realities of domestic abuse. I suggest reading some Lundy Bancroft.

And for those who can't manage that kind of research, at least know more about Sheen himself before you show so much clueless pity for him. He has over 15 years' history of domestic abuse. He is hardly innocent or the harmed party.

Leave ol' Charlie alone. I like him - what I know of him - but wouldn't want to be married to him. She was drinking (also?) a lot they said. Give up on gold digging starlets.

P.S She's not a "gold digging starlet." She is from a wealthy family and made her own money in real estate. You didn't bother to read much before having an opinion about them.

You're basically suggesting that no one should talk badly about someone who has abused at least three women, two of them with weapons, just because you like "what you know of him." Sorry, but you don't know him very well.

Charlie has a history of domestic and substance abuse. He needs to be in jail before he really hurts or God forbid kills someone. Thank God this didn't happen at his own home- where he probably access to handguns.

Kiefer Sutherland went to jail, why is this freak getting off the hook time and time again! Charlie needs to get a tough jail sentence, maybe his cell mate Bubba will set him straight! His parents must be so proud they raised such a low life.
