EXCLUSIVE: Charlie Sheen's Wife Claims He Choked Her; Actor Out Of Jail

Charlie Sheen’s wife Brooke Mueller claimed that the actor choked her, leading to his arrest on felony domestic abuse charges, RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively.
Meanwhile the Two and a Half Men actor was released from Pitkin County Jail on Friday evening, RadarOnline.com is first to report. He posted an $8,500 bond.

RadarOnline.com broke the news of Sheen’s arrest and now we’ve learned that Mueller claimed Charlie choked her. The Aspen police department responded to a 911 call regarding the situation at 8:34 am Friday.
The couple had been arguing heatedly but police did not believe there was any doubt about who turned violent and that’s why only Sheen was arrested.

Sheen and Mueller’s marriage has been troubled for a while now, a source close to Mueller tells RadarOnline.com and Mueller was in Aspen without her husband. Sheen flew to Aspen to spend the holiday with his wife but things took a nasty turn.
Sheen was charged with two felonies -- second degree assault and menacing. He also was charged with criminal mischief, a misdemeanor.

An ambulance was called to the scene but Mueller refused treatment.

Sure hope whatever went down did not happen in front of the kids. No one deserves to be hit, shoved, abused. No child should ever have to witness parents abusing alcohol or one another either. Hope a Nanny was with the kids.

She's been there for three months already, because they aren't getting along. She didn't just leave for Christmas. It's not as if it's hard for people with his kind of money to fly from LA to Aspen, either.

I hope that he can get a Differed Judgment but that consists of 36 DV counseling sessions and 1 year probation in the State of Colorado.
