The actor recently filed a shocking declaration in the ongoing bitter divorce with his estranged wife Brandi Glanville. In the papers, he chronicles some of her alleged violent behavior which includes slashing his motorcycle tires as well as being verbally abusive and physically aggressive while their children were near.

Cibrian is asking the court to come up with a co-parenting plan and a visitation schedule. The actor, who wants joint legal and physical custody, says that Granville refuses to set up a schedule regarding their two children.

"Respondent [Granville] is very angry with me for ending our seven year marriage and she is enraged over the way in which our marriage ended. In her rage she has resorted to physically attacking me, mentally abusing me, vandalizing my motorcycle, speaking badly in front of me in front of our minor children and talking to tabloid magazines about me."
