EXCLUSIVE: Charlie Sheen Wife's Cocaine And DUI Arrests

When it comes to the Sheen family it's not just Charlie that has had problems with the law –his wife Brooke also has an arrest record.
RadarOnline.com has exclusively obtained Brooke Mueller's criminal history information for the state of Florida, and it reveals that Mueller was arrested twice: once for DUI and damage to property in September 1996 and after that on an outstanding warrant for cocaine possession, a 3rd degree felony, in March 2001.

RadarOnline.com has also exclusively obtained the mug shot from one of the arrests, where Mueller looks far from the glamorous, beautiful woman she is today.

Mueller was arrested by the Palm Beach Police Department on her DUI on Sept. 13, 1996. Her cocaine possession arrest was by Miami-Dade police on March 19, 2001.
As RadarOnline.com was the first to report, Sheen was arrested on Christmas morning following an alleged domestic dispute with Mueller. In a sworn affidavit one of cops that was called to the scene of the incident reports that Brooke said Charlie threatened her with a knife and that she was "scared for her life". Charlie denied the allegations and said that although they did yell at each other and hit each other's arms there was no no other physical contact and he did not threaten his wife.

Reports say that Mueller had been drinking heavily before the alleged incident, as had Sheen, who appeared to have lived a sober life since his last stint in rehab in the late 1990s.

As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported Mueller has made it clear to close friends that she wants out of the marriage but is overwhelmed by the pressure of Charlie's various reps, who want her to recant her allegations. Sheen is in the last year of his contract for the hit TV show Two and a Half Men.

One thing is crystal clear here. Brooke isn't truthful. Further, she has an enormous drinking problem. TWICE THE LEGAL limit is huge. And, she's got a past that matches Charlie's. Stop ragging on him only and consider them both.

Wow, an article behind the times. Brooke's own lawyer who she speaks directly to, has said she wants to STAY in the marriage. I'd say that's probably more accurate, given the source.

Don't forget Charlie Sheen shot a woman who was going to marry him and she later decided not to marry him. He is a criminal with a tv show and dumb women like him. He is a "BAD BOY"!

What a bunch of creeps. Radar should be ashamed. Charlie is a drunk drug abuser and wife beater. Stop trying to smear his wife to protect his tv image. Look at Hasselhoff, everyone protecting him for his show.

Charlie and his team cannot dig up enough information to distract the public from the fact that he is a well known abuser or women, drug user, alcoholic, threatened people, shot Kelly Preston, etc...and is blantantly trying to smear other people.

The 'leaked' info to the press,about Mr S's wife n the policeman, very telling about the character of Mr Sheen and his Pr. Smearing as intimidation is not nice!

2 arrests no convictions, no rehab. Charlie multiple arrests, cocaine, booze and multiple trips to rehab. If he is trying to discredit her he needs to be careful because he has the most to lose and his record is much much worse.

It's worse, but it's old news. We are desensitized to his shenanigans. Everyone knows what he is...she's fresh meat!! It's sad, but that's our society!
