Charlie Sheen’s attorney, Richard Cummins filed papers in an Aspen, CO, court Wednesday to have the temporary restraining order lifted against Sheen.
The restraining order was put in place following an alleged altercation on Christmas morning where Brooke Mueller claimed Charlie threatened her with a knife, a charge Charlie vehemently denies..
