R&B star Usher is back on the singles market. His divorce from Tameka Raymond was finalized on Wednesday.

EXCLUSIVE: Usher Delays Divorce By Not Signing Papers

Despite having filed for divorce in June, RadarOnline.com had exclusively learned that the singer was the one who was delaying the process. As of early October he had not put his final signatures on the paper.

Usher claimed the two had been separated since July 2008 and had been living apart since then.

In his filing, he called their marriage "irretrievably broken" and claimed "there [was] no reasonable hope of reconciliation."
