Tila Tweets: "There Is No Sex Tape!"

Internet celebrity and MTV reality star Tila Tequila is gearing up for yet another legal battle, this time involving a leaked sex tape making the rounds on the web.

After a ten second clip of Tila in a compromising position surfaced on website 4tube.com this morning, Tila’s lawyers have publicly claimed that her laptop had been stolen and that legal action would be taken.
Tila, however, sings a different tune. Mere hours after the story broke, she took to her Twitter to set the record straight. “There is no sex tape! If I had one it would have come out a long time ago, don’t you think? Geez.” She also acknowledges that her attorneys are taking action, and that she wants justice served. “Whomever is out there slandering my name, my attorney has already filed to take action. You don’t f--k with me & think you can get away with it.”
She is currently suing her ex boyfriend, NFL star Shawne Merriman, for allegedly leaving her bruised and battered after a domestic dispute earlier this year. She is requesting $1.5 million in damages, which she intends to donate to charity.

She blames her “anxiety” over the September beating for a bizarre naked UStream video that surfaced last week, in which she rambles on about fame, her sexuality, and the Merriman beating.

That will be next when she LOSES in court for trying to get free money from someone based on a lie! Even the police didn't buy her fake bruises! If she showed up at the Police Dept. with REAL bruises he would have been arrested!
