Tila Tequila Sues Shawne Merriman For $1.5 Million

Tila Tequila filed a $1.5 Million lawsuit against ex-boyfriend Shawne Merriman on Tuesday, accusing the San Diego Chargers defender of domestic violence.

The 28-year-old reality TV diva on September 6 issued a citizen's arrest against Merriman, accusing him of two felonies: battery and false imprisonment. The beauty was hospitalized after the alleged attack, while the 270-pound linebacker was in custody briefly, as the 93-pound Tequila claimed he choked and restrained her.

Also, in the suit, Tequila said Merriman had a red-hot temper, abused drugs and humiliated her, on occasion, because she is bisexual.

San Diego District Attorney Bonnie Dumanis did not charge Merriman with any crimes.

Tila, if you stay off Twitter all day, maybe you can go earn your own living instead of profiting off a hoax case

Oh brother. Another nobody trying to cling on 2another 15 min of fame & money while she is at it. It's all about da Benjamins don't you know? My belief is she will settle 4 somewhere around $50k 2 not waste his time in attorney fees to defend.
