Despite her reservations about spending her first Christmas without Jon it looks like Kate Gosselin is already getting into the holiday spirit.

The single mom of 8 hit up her local Target Thursday in Reading Pennsylvania and stocked up on some Christmas wrapping paper.

With that many kids in the house Christmas is bound to be a chaotic and busy time so it's good planning on Kate's behalf to get a head start on the festivities.

Jon and Kate have yet to announce who will be doing what for the holidays but Kate has said that she plans on keeping things "traditional" and she is certain of one thing, that she will be there with the kids on the big day.

I think of him more of a fowl person....cross between a turkey, albatross and a Dodo...( don't know if the last 2 can be considered as fowl...but they sure fit his personality)

I'm beginning to believe that queenbee. Thought Jon was better than that but now realize how foul he is and just what Kate had to put up with. Things have changed now that I see my own husband cheat and LIE.

That Karma shes a B ain't she ?? Perhaps you dont need to spend 24 hours a day playing with your computer friends. Then your Husband wouldn't have had to find him his own little Hailey ?? The rest of you bitter B's better learn.

That stinks Im in PR. :*( Hope you dump his butt. Kate probably feels a weight lifted since she kicked Jon to the curb, trash always needs to be taken out. Good luck with your marital problems.
