Levi Johnston continues his onslaught on the Palin family, this time claiming he is still being barred from seeing his son Tripp. The nineteen-year old now plans to take legal action to remedy the situation.

“Not working. I'm done," he tells The Insider. "It's going to have to go to court. They just finally pushed me over the edge."

Despite being cordial with ex-fiance Bristol at the start of the summer, it’s been a heated autumn between Levi and his former future mother-in-law Sarah Palin. In October, he claimed on national television that she called her youngest son Trig, who has Down syndrome, “retarded.”

Levi is being represented by the same attorney that defended his mother that was found guilty of drug charges and is going to prison.

Levi should not be allowed to be alone with that baby,EVER. He stripped his infant son naked in a motor lodge in AK and posed with the baby for GQ magazine. They even published shots of the infant's private parts. SHAME on LEVI.

Explain to me why he would gift wrap clothing etc for an 8-10 month old child if he was really used to providing for the child. And now he wants partial custody, when he is gone all the time horing himself.
