Kate Winslet Honored At German "Oscars"

Kate Winslet was named Best International Actress at the Bambi Awards Thursday night. The event is the German version of our Academy Awards.
But it may have been Shakira who stole the show. She was a knock-out in a Versace turquoise and grey halter gown.
