Kate Gosselin was snapped Monday parking illegally while doing chores in her hometown of Wernersville, Pennsylvania.

Kate wore a dark striped shirt, as she loaded up her black Toyota van.

Kate has been getting an early jump on the holidays as of late, as she has been spotted stocking up on presents and decorations at stores such as Toys R Us, Old Navy and Bed Bath and Beyond.

Hope this shot of the fire lane was taken at an angle and not accurate. Would be a shame to think a nurse would obstruct an emergency parking spot and did not obey the law.

Its just the 2nd time she's been photographed parking in the same place in less than a week. Guess she thinks laws apply to everyone but her.
