4.3 Million Viewers Watched Jon and Kate Plus 8 Final Episode

Monday night’s Jon And Kate Plus 8 did not disappoint TLC with it’s final episode.

The finale was watched by an average of 4.3 million viewers, making it a sure fire smash hit for the cable network.

As RadarOnline.com previously reported the last show in the series shied away from any controversy, with no show downs on the sofa between warring parents Jon and Kate. Instead they aired a series of one-on-one interviews and a couple of clips of the kids on their days out with Jon and Kate respectively.

As her parting shot Kate said that the ending was “bittersweet” and that she was sad it had been cut short. Jon meanwhile vowed that he would “always be there for my kids no matter what”.

Jon, Kate and the kids were first introduced to the world in a one hour special entitled Surviving Sextuplets and Twins which aired on May 14th 2006 and the show quickly went on to become TLC’s number one ratings puller, catapulting Jon and Kate to tabloid stardom.
The cameras may have stopped rolling, for now, but somehow we are sure the drama is far from over, and that we will continue to see plenty of Jon, Kate and the kids well into the future.

Wow there must be a lot of people who have nothing to do. I can't even believe I'm on this site. I guess I should talk. I watched it once for about 15 minutes and wondered what all the fuss was about.

Did anyone notice how strange Jon was talking on the final episode? If u watch how he talks when he has the black shirt on compared to when he had the orange shirt u will notice 2! What a disappointment he turned out to be!

Well she has to find away to take care of the kids. JONS not he only uses the kids for his sorry but! HAVING THE PAPS. AROUND TO MAKE MONEY OFF THE KIDS!

Tonight I decided to watch TI and ET just to see how they were playing the ending of this show. Because of the nonsense with Jon on each show I had avoided watching. Surprising The Insider said nothing and Entertainment Tonight did a nice send off.

Nena2.........I suspect the reality of losing his beautiful family has not sunk in yet with Jon.
When it does, and he comes out of denial and back into the real world, he will realize just how good he HAD it. Very sad indeed.
