Nicole Richie is back home and doing well according to her boyfriend Joel Madden.

Madden posted on his band's website "So I stepped off the plane after a month out of the country, and basically Went straight to the hospital for the week. But don't worry all is well and We are home with no problems."

As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Nicole Richie was admitted to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center Wednesday for pneumonia.

It's been a stressful few months for Nicole. She gave birth to her second child, son Sparrow, on September 11th, was involved in a car accident with two over zealous paparazzi, went to court to request a restraining order and has been working hard on her jewelry line House Of Harlow.

Hopefully the new mom will be able to get some much needed rest and relaxation now.
