Joe Jackson Has “No Standing” To Contest Michael Jackson Estate

Katherine Jackson’s attorney Adam Streisand told the court Tuesday that his client has no problem with her late son’s funeral expenses being revealed to the public and that she thinks it’s time for the fighting to end. He said that Katherine no longer contests Branca and McClain as executors of the estate and that she wishes to work with them to preserve the legacy of Michael.

Streisand also took the time to slam Joe Jackson, saying that “he (Joe) clearly has no standing” to contest the will or Estate as he is not an heir, nor a named executor.

And what would a Michael Jackson court case be without a little crazy added to the mix? Billie Jean Jackson, the woman who claims to have been Michael’s secret lover and mother to his children just had to say her piece, she objected in open court to Joe Jackson contesting the will.

Poor Michael to have a man like that as a father...abused him when he was alive and then wants the money when his son is dead. At least his mom loved him...very sad.

Any Tom, ****, or Joe can contest a will whether an heir or not.... the judge then decides if the person will or won' t get a settlement unless the estate settles out of court with the contestor.
