Playboy’s Miss November 1992 Stephanie Adams, who was named the "best NYC lesbian sex symbol" by the Village Voice five years ago, said she has no regrets in announcing that she is engaged -- to a man.

"I would like for his privacy to remain intact, but I will say that I intend to retire from being a public persona so that we can settle down and have children,” she told the NY Post. “Life is good."

Adams had been spotted, in past years, traveling through New York with comedian Marga Gomez and rocker Joan Jett.
