RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively that Kate Gosselin was cited by Pennsylvania State Police for speeding and was fined $109.50.

RadarOnline.com has also learned she has yet to pay. This happened in Adams County, Pennsylvania on Thursday, October 29 at 9:52am and she was driving by herself.

If TMZ's report is accurate the logical next question would be why was Kate all the way down in Adams County with her 8 kids on a Thursday at approximately 10 in the morning? Was she coming back from Maryland or heading down that way?
