EXCLUSIVE: Jon Gosselin’s Attorney Calls Kate Major Lawsuit A Joke

If Jon Gosselin is sweating a possible lawsuit from his former fling Kate Major, he’s not showing it.
In fact, Gosselin’s attorney, Mark Heller, told RadarOnline.com exclusively that he thinks the entire case (Major is considering suing the reality dad for breach of contract, fraud and loss of wages) is a joke.

“Kate knows Jon Gosselin is like Obama’s stimulus package,” Heller told RadarOnline.com on Thursday. “Every time she needs money, she cashes in on the few days she knew Jon Gosselin.”
Heller is, of course, referring to the handwritten agreement obtained exclusively by RadarOnline.com and signed by both Jon and Kate 2.0, in which Major agreed to quit her job and go work for Gosselin as his personal assistant.

Heller confirmed that the document is real, however he says it has no legal value.
“It holds as much order as a six-inch pail with a nine-inch hole,” he told RadarOnline.com. “It will not serve for the basis of any litigation. Anybody who would seek to file a lawsuit based on that document would be sanctioned. Her lawyer was very cautious in his language when he said ‘possible’ [breach of contract lawsuit]. Clearly he has no options concerning that matter.”
Kate Major Retains Lawyer To Sue Jon Gosselin
RadarOnline.com spoke to Major’s attorney, Ben Pietra, on Wednesday, who confirmed that the former entertainment magazine reporter had retained his services for a “possible breach of contract lawsuit against Jon Gosselin.”
A well-placed source told RadarOnline.com that Kate and Jon spent a weekend in a hotel where they drew up the contract. Kate had just resigned from her position as an entertainment magazine reporter, and according to the source, “Jon told her he would match the salary she was making at the magazine if she came to work for him as his personal employee.”

You've been doing homework that seems to have scooped all other gossip. Yet, I don't think this is the news any of them thrive on. Suppose TLC feels confident that nothing in the divorcing-duo will impact the outcome financially.
