EXCLUSIVE: Jennifer Lopez' Lawyer Fires Back At Her Ex: This Ain’t No Movie!

Jennifer Lopez's lawyer is firing back at the agent for her ex-husband Ojani Noa, setting the stage for a contentious day in court on Tuesday.
Jay Lavely of the top Los Angeles firm Lavely & Singer methodically (and, at times, colorfully) tore apart Ed Meyer who told RadarOnline.com that he will file eleven hours of home video of JLo as public record.

Meyer also told RadarOnline.com that he will counter sue the star for $100 million. JLo is currently suing Noa for $10 million.
JLo and Noa were married for less than a year in the late 1990s.
Responding to Meyer’s promise/threat to enter the videos as public evidence even if the judge hauls him out of the courtroom before the world media, Lavely told him to bag the drama.

“Mr. Meyer's attempt to romanticize his threatened unlawful conduct and turn it into a Jimmy Stewart movie does not make his conduct any less illegal or make him any less culpable,” Lavely said.
He pointed out that if Meyer tries to file the video materials as public record it would violate a Temporary Restraining Order that JLo won on November 10.

Lavely also said out that the so-called "home videos" which were shot during the former marriage of Ms. Lopez and Mr. Noa are private and personal, and are also the subject of two Agreements signed by Mr. Noa, which included confidentiality and non-disclosure covenants, as well as non-disparagement provisions. The first was executed in 1998, and the second was executed in 2005.”
JLo’s TRO expires Tuesday and the parties are due back in court as she seeks to make it permanent.
Meyer has also lashed out at Lavely, insinuating that he may have tried to obtain personal information on him by improperly accessing account information from Fed Ex. Lavely not only denied it but promised to investigate if Meyer had actually created the situation with a phone call and then tried to blame others.

He's probably pissed because Chris Judd got more $ when he got divorced from JLo, but since Noa met her when she was starting out there was not much money in the divorce. Yep, Chris was lucky.
