Fresh off a night of AMAs hard partying with girlfriend Kate Hudson A-Rod hit the gym in Los Angeles Monday and RadarOnline.com was right there with him.

Taking some time out from his rigorous work out the New York Yankees star shared that things are going great with Kate and that all is well in his world.

"I'm spending the holidays in LA" A-Rod told RadarOnline.com exclusively this morning while pumping iron at an LA area gym. The sexy Yankee who is staying with girlfriend Kate Hudson while in the city of Angels confirmed that things with Kate are great saying, "Life is good I'm happy. We're happy, I have lots to be grateful for."
A-Rod And Kate Enjoy Lunch Together
After chatting with RadarOnline.com Alex got back to work training his well maintained physique on the free weights. Towards the end of his workout A-Rod stopped to chat with a fellow female fan. "He looked happy to be recognized and was very friendly to her, she looked smitten. She asked him to sign her shirt and he smiled and grabbed her sharpie. He definitely knows how to make women happy."

Kate's little boy always looks depressed to me. She's looking for love in all the wrong places! She should concentrate on being the best Mother possible and stop man chasing around the country!

This jerk won a world series he is suddenly wonderful? He is a cheatier who hurt his wife who was pregnant. But Kate is just as sleazy she cheated on Owen and nearly drove him to suicide. They deserve each other,.

Kate Hudson is not too bright, she is headed for a big let down by this womanizer! If she were smart she would concentrate on raising her son instead of dragging him around all these men all the time!

I don't think she is too bright either...this guy ditched his pregnant wife and kids and is totally unreliable. Her son needs some stability.. Anybody can be happy for the moment but long term you need a partner who shows some ability to be there.
