Lindsay Lohan's legal ace attorney, Shawn Chapman Holley, is doing every thing in her power to go after Michael Lohan, following his release of a phone conversation between himself and his daughter.

Chapman Holley tells RadarOnline.com that she is "exploring all options both civilly, and criminally. We are talking to legal authorities in New York and Los Angeles to determine if any laws were broken."

Lindsay is a total mess and needs help badly. However, as usual, Michael Lohan is grandstanding and looking to make a buck. If he was truly interested in getting her help, he could do so quietly & privately.

Lindsay, YOUR 'father' is competing with you. You have been the breadwinner, stability ... CORE of your family. ITS REALLY hard, u luv him. But FORGET the JERK..its bringing you down. He is a TERRIBLE father..TERRIBLE.

Regardless, the BIGGEST BETRAYAL is her father's behavior. She has supported her family for ages. He has done NOTHING to support his family. He loves his daughter BUT HE IS SUCH AN EGOSTICAL SCAM ARTIST HE CAN'T RESIST CASHING IN ON HER!!!
