EXCLUSIVE DOCUMENT: Josh Duhamel Stripper's Polygraph

As the Josh Duhamel Stripper-Gate cheating scandal continues to heat up, RadarOnline.com has exclusively obtained the polygraph test passed by the woman who claims she had sex with Fergie's hunky hubby.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, stripper Nicole Forrester passed a test that was conducted by polygraph expert Kenneth E. Blackstone regarding her claims. Blackstone went on to say that Forrester was telling the truth when asked if she had sex with the actor.

Now, RadarOnline.com has obtained the written report from the test, with all the questions Forrester was asked and the polygrapher's evaluation of her responses.

In addition, RadarOnline.com has also confirmed that Forrester had a cell phone number she claimed Duhamel gave her -- and the number does belong to the former Las Vegas star.

In the polygraph evaluation, Blackstone says that Forrester states that on the night of October 2, 2009 she met a man that was identified by a fellow worker and by his credit card as Josh Duhamel. They exchanged phone numbers that night and exchanged messages by telephone the following week.

Forrester states that on the next weekend, on Friday October 9, she met Duhamel and went with him to his room at the St. Regis Hotel in Atlanta. She states that the pair engaged in consensual intercourse, that this ended the following morning and that she has not met with him physically since.
Blackstone says that Forrester met with him at his office for her test on October 22.

Blackstone says that the digital scoring of the examination indicates that Forrester was non-deceptive (truthful) when answering "yes" to the following questions:
- Did you have intercourse with Josh?
- Did you have intercourse with Josh that night at the St Regis Hotel?
Duhamel has denied having any sexual contact with Forrester. In a statement his rep said, "This is not the first nor will it be the last time that a stripper was paid a large amount of money to sell a false story about a celebrity. This story is absolutely ridiculous."
Despite that statement, Forester's account of Duhamel in her strip club has been verified by another eyewitness.
And RadarOnline.com has redacted part of the polygraph, as it pertains to charges against Duhamel that are even MORE EXPLOSIVE than the cheating story.
Those charges have not become public... yet.

She is loving the spotlight. For a woman who was so worried about her daughter knowing about this, she is all over blabbing on the radio in her home town, and now going on the interview circuit. She is a money grabbing low life.
