Jon Gosselin signed a secret, hand-written contract with Kate Major, hiring her as his personal assistant, promising to pay her a percentage of his "accounts" and spelling out that she would not talk about their relationship.

RadarOnline.com has exclusively obtained the crude agreement that is a new source of trouble in Jon's already litigation-packed life. Now, a source tells RadarOnline.com, this document is likely the centerpiece in a new lawsuit against Jon for breach of contract and fraud.

EXCLUSIVE DOCUMENT: Read The Hand-Written Agreement Between Jon And Kate Major

"I, Jon Gosselin, will employ Kate Major as a personal assistant," Jon wrote on the document dated July 28, 2009. Jon pledged that she could handle "some but not all future accounts" in a paragraph notable for its scratched out section.

And in language that just begs for a lawyer somewhere to hear a cash register ringing, Jon writes: "She will receive a percentage of accounts for payment based upon involvement."

Major quit her job as an entertainment magazine reporter just days earlier, after becoming suddenly romantically involved with Jon.

Jon is being sued by TLC for breach of contract. Major has been subpoenaed to give a deposition in that case.

In her part of the contract Kate wrote, "Jon and I will not comment publicly about our relationship." The reality TV dad later denied having a romantic relationship with Major, who responded with angry and teary TV interviews, recounting their weeks-long relationship.

RadarOnline.com has learned that the document was written during a weekend the couple spent together in a hotel. Kate appeared to be replacing Hailey Glassman as the love interest of the Jon & Kate Plus 8 star.

Kate 2.0 promised in writing, to "run any media inquiries past Jon Gosselin before doing any on-air or print work." She pledged to give Jon approval over questions and exclude questions he nixed.

Look closely. DOES it look like a legal and binding contract? Has it been notorized. Was an attorney involved as a witness. I think not! It looks like something one of the kids wrote upl

Jon was the first one to break the agreement. It was Jon when asked by reporters about Kate Major and he denied having any relationship either personal or business with her which of course pissed off Kate 2 & that's when she came forward.

I think you are right. Within 2 weeks she was on TV talking about the relationship. Looks to me like Kate Major violated that contract.

sorry it was Jon who broke the agreement first. That's why her lawyer took her case because it was Jon who broke their written and signed agreement.

Jon must be feeling the pressure today, all of this is terrible for him. I can't imagine what he or Heller could come out to say in response to any of this. His arguments are all pretty much refuted at this point

Yes it's going to take awhile to think of a good enough nursery rhyme to handle this debacle.
