EXCLUSIVE DETAILS: Kate Gosselin Refuses Jon's Flowers As They Spend Day In Arbitration

Jon and Kate Gosselin spent several hours Saturday in a required divorce arbitration meeting but the bouquet of roses he took in to his estranged wife didn't make it out the door in her hands.

Kate declined to accept the flowers. "I just left them in the room," Jon revealed.

The former Jon & Kate Plus 8 stars didn't speak to each other directly during the meeting, RadarOnline.com has learned. "It's weird. We can't talk. Your attorneys have to talk," Jon said as he left a conference room at the Norristown, PA courthouse.

The divorce isn't Jon's only legal challenge. He is being sued for breach of contract by TLC, the cable net behind Jon & Kate Plus 8, and as RadarOnline.com exclusively revealed, the evidence against Gosselin is piling up.

It amazes me how he always acts so suprised that Kate won't talk to him, or doesn't want to see him. He always acts so amazed that she refuses to deal with him. I think it's GREAT!!!! GO KATE GO!!!

At least she is a nurse and though it would have been hard she could have supported these kids if need be, unlike welfare people who never try and get a job or educate their selves and so their children suffer because of the laziness and ignorance!

hankie this is unfair. A lot of hard working people have lost their jobs and temporarily have had to get help from welfare. Not everyone is lazy because they need help. Not helping definitely hurts the kids. Have compassion please.

I feel the same way if you can't feed them then don't breed them! I'm sick of these people on welfare having kids and then getting their free hand out, THIS is really damaging to children!

If that's exploitation than the parents of actors also exploit their kids because the paparazzi always photographs them when they go out. Get real people! These kids are very normal.
