EXCLUSIVE: Debbie Rowe Sued By Photographer

In the days after Michael Jackson died, Debbie Rowe, the mother of Michael's two oldest children, was besieged by the media and RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively that Ed Frommer, a photographer has filed a lawsuit in small claims court against her.
On July 5th, 2009, Rowe was caught on videotape as she was leaving a restaurant telling photographers that she thought were getting to close to her, "Are you you ready to get your butt kicked? Don't f**king touch me!" Frommer was there when Rowe had the run-in because a photo credit with his name ran in newspapers on photos he took that day of Rowe.

Under California law, small claims judgments are limited to damages under $10k. The lawsuit was filed Tuesday and the first court hearing is scheduled for January 6, 2010.

SHE HAS AS MUCH RIGHT AS WE DO. TO LEAVE A RESTAURANT AND GO HOME WITHOUT BEING WATCHED, PHOTOGRAPHED OR CAMERAS IN THEIR FACE.

The lady dose not want the media attention and these assss need to back of, when people are wanting there space. GIVE HER SoME RESECT-if she wanted the attention she could have all she wants but choose to not be in media.

This website would not exist if not for paps. Tabloid magazines would not exist either. Can't have it both ways. If you hate the paps, don't visit this site.

These pap photographers are mean, ruthless and down right nasty. I once saw them taking pictures of some celebrity at LAX and they acted like a swarm of bees that are having their nest disturbed. We need laws to control them.

suing her for what? How come everyone else in the universe has to get permission and a signed paper to take a pic of someone in order to even LOOK at it let alone sell it, but a pap can get in your face scarily and do whatever they want?
