The Complicated singer has apparently gotten over her breakup with husband Deryck Whibley and RadarOnline.com has the eyewitness proof: Our sources spotted the Canadian crooner passionately making out with a mystery man at New York's Rose Bar at the Gramercy Park Hotel on Tuesday night.

The 25-year-old singer was perched next to a handsome mystery man and seemed to get a kick start when Jet's Are You Gonna Be My Girl began playing, as our sources said she leapt on the lucky fella and began making out with him. The mystery man, according to our sources, ordered a bottle of champagne, which she sipped from in between smooches.
